During our first year of business a contractor stopped in front of a house we were steaming and said, “That’s a nice machine, is it a pressure washer?” I replied, “No, it’s an ice dam steamer.” He was so excited to see it, he rushed over and looked at it and told me a horrible story. He said, “I have been removing ice dams all winter and I have done 40-50 houses, I am using a pressure washer and I can’t figure out how to not cut through the roof.” He said, “I have ruined every roof I have been on and in the spring I will need to go back and replace all the roofs I ruined.” I was shocked!
